Acceptable Use Policy

1. Purpose

This policy protects Vettara, customers, candidates, and third parties. It forms part of the Terms of Service.

2. Prohibited Use

• Unlawful, discriminatory, deceptive, abusive, harassing, or harmful activity.
• Automated hiring, rejection, screening, or employment decisions without meaningful human review.
• Using protected characteristics unlawfully for targeting, exclusion, scoring, or ranking.
• Uploading malware, secrets, unlawful content, or data you are not authorised to process.
• Bypassing authentication, rate limits, subscription limits, feature flags, tenant isolation, or security controls.
• High-volume scraping, spam, unsolicited outreach, or messaging that violates applicable law or provider rules.
• Misrepresenting AI outputs as guaranteed, complete, legally compliant, or independently verified by Vettara.

3. Enforcement

Vettara may throttle, suspend, remove data, disable integrations, or terminate access to protect the platform, comply with law, or investigate misuse.
