1. Fast-Track Profile Opt-Out & Data Rights Requests

Vettara Technology FZ-LLC (RAKEZ Licences 47031944, 45035757, 17008618; engineered by Waggle FZE, SPCFZ Licence 4432420.01) respects the privacy rights of business users and professionals worldwide under the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021), EU/UK GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, and other applicable laws.

To exercise any data right or request immediate removal/suppression of a professional profile, email support@vettarasearch.com with:

• Your full name and the request type (Opt-Out / Deletion, Access, Correction, or Objection);
• The public professional profile URL (e.g., LinkedIn URL) or work email address to locate or suppress; and
• Your country or region of residence.

2. Available Data Rights & Permanent Suppression

• Permanent Opt-Out & Profile Suppression ("Do Not Index / Do Not Share"): Remove your public professional profile from Vettara Search results and add your profile identifier to our permanent suppression list so it is not re-indexed in future searches.
• Access & Portability: Request a copy of personal data associated with your account or professional record.
• Correction: Update inaccurate or outdated role, company, or contact information.
• Erasure / Deletion: Request deletion of eligible account or candidate records.
• Outreach Suppression: Opt out of customer-directed recruitment outreach facilitated through Vettara.

3. Response SLA & Identity Verification

We acknowledge all privacy requests within 2 business days and complete verified profile opt-out and suppression requests within 7 business days (and always within statutory 30-day limits under UAE PDPL and GDPR).

To protect your privacy, we verify control of the relevant email address or professional profile before disclosing records. Do not send government passports, Emirates IDs, national ID cards, or payment card images.

4. Customer-Controlled Workspace Data

Where a request relates to private notes or project records controlled by a specific Vettara business customer, we assist the customer in fulfilling the request in accordance with our Data Processing Agreement (DPA) while immediately applying platform-level suppression where requested.
