2. Data Sources & Contact Integrity
Candidate data is derived from customer search briefs, publicly accessible professional profiles, corporate leadership pages, public press releases, customer CRM uploads, and verified business contact channels. Vettara strictly prohibits masked placeholder emails (e.g., a****@company.com) and distinguishes verified corporate emails and direct mobile lines from corporate office switchboards.
3. Categories of Professional Data Processed
- Full name, current and historical job titles, employer organisation, seniority, city/country, and public professional profile URL.
- Publicly visible career summaries, education highlights, source citations, and verification timestamps.
- Role-brief alignment indicators, human shortlist status, customer evaluation notes, and audit logs.
- Business email addresses and direct phone numbers where supported by public evidence or verified corporate domain patterns.
Vettara does not seek or index sensitive personal data (such as health, biometric, religious, or political data) or data relating to individuals under 18.
4. Controller / Processor Responsibilities
Vettara acts as a data processor for customer-initiated search projects. Our B2B customers determine the role brief, target companies, candidate selection, outreach messages, and hiring decisions. Where applicable data protection laws (including UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 and EU/UK GDPR Article 14) require notice to candidates whose data was obtained from public sources, customers are responsible for providing their own recruitment privacy notice no later than first outreach contact.
5. Immediate Opt-Out, Suppression & Data Subject Rights
You have the unconditional right at any time to request access to, correction of, or permanent deletion and suppression of your professional profile and contact details from Vettara Search under the UAE PDPL, EU/UK GDPR, CCPA, and global privacy laws.
To opt out or request removal immediately, visit our Privacy Request Center or email support@vettarasearch.com with your name and public profile URL or work email. Verified suppression requests are processed within 7 business days and placed on our permanent do-not-index suppression ledger so your profile is not re-imported in future searches.
