Marketing website privacy

This notice covers Vettara's AI executive-search marketing page, blog and individual articles, and these marketing privacy and cookie pages. It does not replace the recruitment platform's privacy policy or change how candidate, account or workspace data is handled.

Who operates these pages

Vettara is a HYVE Labs product. You can contact support@vettarasearch.com with questions about these marketing pages or your analytics choice. The existing platform privacy policy remains at /privacy.

Optional website analytics

When enabled and only after you choose Accept analytics, these pages use Google Analytics 4 to understand visits and selected demo, contact, WhatsApp, sign-in and outbound-link clicks. Choosing Essential only leaves Google Analytics off and does not prevent you from reading these pages or following their links.

Analytics includes a random browser identifier, the public marketing page visited, an event timestamp, browser/device information and a limited referring website address. A connection to Google's servers exposes normal network request information, including your IP address, to Google. Do not interpret these measurements as anonymous or as a record of every visitor.

Data kept out of marketing events

Our explicit marketing events omit URL query strings and fragments. We do not attach names, email addresses, form messages, candidate records, job briefs, search results, account identifiers or workspace data to these events. A demo, contact, WhatsApp or sign-in click is an indication of interest, not proof that someone sent a message, submitted an enquiry or created an account.

The marketing integration does not enable advertising personalization, Google Signals, remarketing or cross-product identity tracking. It is not installed in the recruitment workspace or login flow.

Contact links and WhatsApp

WhatsApp buttons are ordinary links, not an embedded chat or tracking widget. Selecting one opens WhatsApp with our business number and a fixed, editable hiring-related greeting. No candidate data, job brief, account details or page query parameters are appended. You decide whether to send a message.

After you follow the link, WhatsApp handles that visit and any conversation under its own terms and privacy policy. Use the existing contact page if you prefer not to use WhatsApp. Keep confidential candidate or client information out of an initial enquiry.

Your choice and withdrawal

Use Cookie settings in the footer to accept or decline analytics. We remember the choice in this browser for up to 180 days. You can withdraw it at any time: future marketing tracking stops, this integration's readable analytics cookies are removed, and the page reloads to unload Google's script. Withdrawal does not automatically erase analytics already received by Google.

If your browser blocks local storage, your choice may apply only to the current page. Browser privacy tools or extensions can also block analytics after you accept it. Clearing site storage removes the saved preference, so these pages may ask again.

Google and information requests

Google provides the analytics processing service and may process information on infrastructure outside your country. For Google's handling of information, consult https://policies.google.com/privacy and https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites. For a question or information request relating to Vettara's marketing analytics, contact support@vettarasearch.com.
